USAA/41 Years of Service, January, 2012
USAA has been my insurance provider (auto, home) since my US Navy service began in 1970. They have been cost competitive and have provided superior service throughout. In addition, I have received checks annually from my Subscriber's Account refunding a portion of the premiums paid during the previous calendar year. The amount varies depending upon the claim history during the specific preceding year but has been significant throughout my membership. In addition, the balance in my Subscriber's Account has increased each and every year. I'm very happy with the service provided by USAA. Doug Turnage

MY USUAL MONEY FLYING OUT THE WINDOW, January, 2012
AS USUAL HAVE NOT FILES ANY CLAIM SO ALL THE PAYMENTS ARE FOR PROFIT. AM THINKING OF CHANGING TO GEICO GOT A MUCH BETER QUOTE 444.40 FOR 6 MOS.

Super Service & Great Price, April, 2012
Have been with them since 1958 with exception of 3 months ineligible period, Have auto and renters. Have had motorcycle and homeowners. They no longer write in Florida for homeowners or I would use them now. Have had great quick service.

USAA Insurance does not require out of pocket expense when a breakdown occurs. Sends aid to your location, no matter how small the aid that's required.

USAA all the way!, April, 2012
We've been with USAA for over 15 years, through mulitple moves across the country, and even through a couple of accidents. They have always responded humanely and quickly. When my wife's car was totalled, we had our claim check in hand in time to use those funds to get our next car, which I am still driving.

I love this company, very cheap, great service and overall easy payments I have two vehicles on my policy and geico wanted over $140 however I pay only $60 with USA a. VERY EXCITING!

USAA responds to my desires in a very timely manner. I use the bank and insure my car, house, and everything else I own. Not only are their premiums the lowest, I receive two rebates yearly.

Great service, great perks. I'm never leaving.....unless the rates go up. The prices have not been beaten and I've kept an eye out for the past 10yrs. Dividend checks around Christmas aren't bad either.

Best Insurance Company, January, 2012
So far, all of the rumors are true -- USAA is the best insurance company. Signing up for your insurance by internet was the easiest I've ever encountered.
